Hassle Free Return Procedures
If your EMEI order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, you are entitled for a correct order free of charge, by returning us the defect order. All of the delivery charges will be bear by EMEI.
If your EMEI order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, please email emeifashion4881@gmail.com to arrange a refund of exchange. And, here are some of the alternative solutions for you to reach us regarding this issue:
Step 1: Bring your defected EMEI to the nearest post office and fill in the address in the consignment note:
NO 72, JALAN PETANI JAYA 25, TAMAN PETANI JAYA 08000 SUNGAI PETANI, KEDAH.
Step 2: Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to emeifashion4881@gmail.com together with your Order ID, Defect Details, and Bank Account Details (Bank Name, Acc No, Acc Holder Name). The postage fees will be banked in to you on the next following week (Thursday).
Step 3: We will take at least 3 - 5 working days to prepare and send your new EMEI order. In the meantime, please wait for your order to arrive patiently. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Refund & Processing
The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 working days after we have received and approved your return request.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
