Delivery Policy

When will my parcel arrive?
For ready stocks order, we will send out your parcel within 1-2 working days after your payment being verified. Kindly take note that delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 

You should be able to receive your parcel within 2 - 4 working days for West Malaysia, 8 -10 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore orders after payment received (Delay may occur during festive Month or Sales Campaign).

We won’t be responsible for any delay cause by couriers cause it is out of our control. For more details or inquiries on shipping issues, please contact us.

  1. West Malaysia : Flat Rate RM 8.00, Buy RM 100.00 to enjoy FREE SHIPPING.
  2. East Malaysia: Weight Rate First kg RM 15.00, when exceed 1kg, for every subsequent 1kg, RM15.00
  3. Singapore: Weight Rate First kg RM 30.00, when exceed 1kg, for every subsequent1kg, RM 25.00
